Description
And you see the things they never see
All you wanted, I could be
Now you know me, and I'm not afraid
And I wanna tell you who I am
Can you help me be a man?
They can't break me
As long as I know who I am
And I want a moment to be real,
Wanna touch things I don't feel,
Wanna hold on and feel I belong.
And how can they say I never change?
They’re the ones that stay the same.
I’m the one now,
‘Cause I’m still here.

Treasure Planet is a masterpiece...
So here's a character I've yet to post till now, and LEMME TELL YOU... THIS DUDE... HAS HAD QUITE THE LIFE. This is Zeelo, Rovy's great grandfather. He was rough and tumble, but lived for seeing people live their lives and keep the joy.
Zeelo lived on his own as a youngster during the war with Nightmare. His planet was terrorized by Nightmare's army, instilling hope into Zeelo that he could live his life to help others during the trying times. So he worked his way up and ended up joining the Galaxy Soldier Army, where he worked as a mechanic and fighter pilot, with the nickname "Grease-stain". His home was the GSA garage, where he bunked out until he was needed for battle.
Zeelo's only true friends were those in the garage, primarily two- whom he grew to consider family. One being Antwan, and another a bit more obscure, but she was responsible for installing a powerful secret weapon into his ship known as Andromeda- a virus-AI that could hack into enemy ships... He knew them both for most of his life in the army. But when he parted ways with them as the GSA began losing the war, they'd both forever leave a mark on him, and he'd never forget them and how they lit up his life during the war. And he himself hoped he did the same for them. He loved them both very dearly. With the risk of the enemy getting their hands on Andromeda, Zeelo needed to leave and hide, throwing away his life as a Galaxy Soldier and adopting a more... Domestic life. But he still lived his glory days in memory... He hoped that somewhere in the galaxy, his deeds, care, and good heart were still remembered.
The painting is quite symbolic... Him leaning on his fading ship, being the days he spent in the garage... And the friends he left behind always being within his heart and memory.
Zeelo and Antwan belong to me.
The lady who shall not be named belongs to BlazingStarO
