The thing is the name Faust is incredibly popular. Coined from the original legends of the infamous deal. This Faust is from a game titled Guilty Gear X. He's a crazed doctor running from a blood-soaked past and seeking redemption as a masked hero

the character "Faust" originated from a game called Guilty Gear X. However was perviously featured in the prequal to the game Guilty Gear as the crazed Dr. Baldhead. Ashamed of the murders and crimes that he had comited he became the heroic Faust using his bizarre abilities for good. To hide his identity he wears a paper bag upon his head.

Faust, from the Guilty Gear series. He's a doctor gone mad, and he's very eccentric. In the first Guilty Gear game only, he was known as Dr. Baldhead. (From here on, using info from the Wiki.) There was an incident where a young girl died during an operation, which prompted him to become a serial killer. His fighting style was very brutal, put simply. At some point he "disappeared without leaving a trace." In Guilty Gear X (pronounced "zex;" does not refer to the tenth game, as I was initially led to believe before learning about the games), he appear as above. Based on the accounts from the Wiki, he has calmed down considerably since, though he still has an odd style of fighting... It's probably better if you look it up on your own.
