Description
This photograph is taken at the Lake Pielinen (like most recent photos I have taken)We had a snowstorm yesterday and it snowed a lot, finally!

f/8, 105 sec, ISO 100, 20mm
Filters used: Polarizer, Hitech GND 0.6 Hard edge and B+W 3.0
This is an exposure blend. I made two exposures out of one RAW file and blended them.

I think those are deer tracks.
Since you are a way better nature photographer....take a picture of the snow as it falls at night. I love night time snow falls. It is always so peaceful. pretty please?

Pääsiskin joskus hiihtämään sinne! (Tosin en ole varma, miten hyvin se hiihtely nykyisellään sujuis...) Itte olen nähnyt Pielisen livenä vain kesäasussaan, mutta toivonmukaan onni joskus potkaisee niin, että pääsis näkemään talvellakin.

Mullakin on Joensuuhun muutto edessä ensi kesänä, kun täältä loppuu tuo matkailun koulutus, ja siirryn Joensuun PKAMK:iin. Taidankin sieltä sitten ahkerasti yrittää päästä kuvailemaan Kolille

Joo, eihän täältä oo kun joku 100 km, ja bussiyhteydethän on kai jopa ihan hyvät siihen suuntaan. Itte oon asunut vasta parisen vuotta Joensuussa, ja kun ei tuota autoa ole käytössä, niin ei oo kamalasti tullut koluttua näitä lähimestoja vielä.

I wish I had tried out my tele-zoom and shot a photo which would have had that rock in the background on the foreground. Just afterwards when I was viewing the full-sized version I noticed it would have looked cool with long exposure time.

I have the problem that my hands gets frozen very fast when it's cold also when I wear gloves...must be connected with a low blood-pressure, don't know, doctor find no problems
