The grainy texture is beautiful. At first, I mistook the hands at the top as a crown of gnarled roots and branches, but now I see they are both, to my eyes.
It's lovely, and I am sure someone will buy it. As an original work, it is worthy of being hung on a wall. Meditative and naturalistic.
