It's beautiful and has a nice effect, however the trees are the only things that appear to be "moving".
Regardless, it's still very pretty; reminds me of Subic for some reason... (even though I haven't been there yet)

...And the title fits the picture so well. I've viewed pictures here on DA that capture still moments of movement, but nothing like this (yet). :] The sense of motion and time flying by is really captured here, and based on the angle of the camera and the trees and such, it feels like everything is passing behind you. Over all, a great shot.
