She's still afraid of blood, but can work without much issue. Cottonshine tries her best despite her young age. Though her relationship with Starclan is still rocky, she hasn't given up hope yet.

Brief History -
Born in a litter of two, her parents doted on the pair with all the love in their hearts. However Grousekit passed away from a bout of redcough that almost took Cottonkit as well. Though she recovered from her illness, it left her with internal damage which affects her stamina. She also has trouble eating large portions and will get sick if she eats too much (which is barely past a full stomach for her).
Since starting her apprenticeship, she's adored learning about herbs and helping others. She used to faint at the sight of blood, but has learnt to get over her fear since then. Cottonpaw's medicine cat career has been rocky however as she's had no contact with Starclan. Her dreams are filled with blank meadows and the whispers of spirits that have passed. Though she still gets omens and the occasionally vision, she's been unable to contact any Starclan cats.
Cottonshine earned her name after the loss of her mentor. She doesn't believe she's ready for it yet, but tries her best. Shortly after becoming a fully fledged medicine cat, she was tasked with taking care of a young sickly kit. Her nerves were fraught trying to heal Beetlekit as it reminded her of her own time in the medicine den sick with redcough. Thankfully, hope came in the shape of the fluffy kit, Snailkit. She grew fond of the curious tom and once he was old enough, she took him on as apprentice.
