My theory is that when her inner demon is unleashed, such as seen in The End, not only does her mane/tail grow longer and her birthmarks appear, but she also gains a pair of bat/demon wings, revealing her to be the demon princess, daughter of Trigon. I shall upload another vector of that as well after I ponify the rest of the Teen Titans *maniacal laughter heard in the distance*

I agree completely! That or Starfire just has the build of an alicorn and alicorn wings, but is not actually an alicorn. Otherwise the rest of the Titans would have known she was a princess before they went to Tamaran for her wedding. BB could possible appear to be part changeling, since his genetic structure was altered. Cyborg I guess would be half heavy built earth pony, half robot.
