The practice makes that every new illustration you make, looks better than the previous.
The last one (trainspotting) had a great lighting, in this one, the eyes and the eyebrows look amazing.
The hair is what still looks not so real, maybe if it's a little darker in the right side...
But anyway... it's a great work!
