Oh wow...I relate to this so much...the emotion here, the utter joy fading slowly through seasons of change to pain and loss. This is so well described, painted with images that linger like echoes in my mind...
"seven seasons of birth and death
we lapped at the nectar from the bluebells
and plucked the fruit from the Queen
solstice to solace
a peace beyond heaven"
All the seasons were summer then.
