A note: I'm not familiar with the fandom, so I'm going to comment on the art as I see it. Some of the things I mention may be well known to the fans of the world whence this is drawn.

Of course, with the title of the piece, the eyes are the first thing to draw my focus in this drawing. I do like the way that you've made them similar and yet different to human eyes. With the irises being white, and with the spikes on the inner edges, they very much resemble little pinwheels of fire. I also like the detail that you put into the eyelashes.

I would point out the portion of the left eye that is underneath the lock of hair hanging over the middle of the character's brow. The lines there are showing through the hair, but the hair is not drawn as separate strands. The same phenomenon occurs on the right, and I'm not sure if that's something you're using to show up the thinness of this character's hair. If it is, the technique is certainly an intriguing one.
