Went to a cafe to meet a friend, drew hyenas while we chatted. I like taking the template of one animal and exploring where you can take a character within it. What can you tweak while still making it read as that creature?Related content

Hyenas! They're so cute <3 It's definitely very hard to give animal characters different body types and such while still making them look like the animal. I'm struggling with it myself right now.

Yay yeens!! I've been trying to push animal character design too, and it's so hard to keep them familiar looking while pushing the design. These came out great tho!
