This custom design belongs to my customer who originally purchased it from me and was not intended to be used by anyone else. I realize this is something you photographed yourself but the design has ended up in your gallery with neither my nor my customer's consent.
I ask that you please remove this picture from your gallery. Thank you.

This tattoo was taken on a friend of mine by me.

To make this perfectly clear without being sarcastic or demeaning I do not need your permission to post my art, I have never claimed the drawing to be mine,I have only taken pictures of tattoos on people and things in life I see. I am offended by your assumption that I would steal art, second how can you assume such a thing as it is evident that it was taken on the body of another human..This argument is becoming a form of harassment and if it continues it will be you who is reported not me..Thank you for your concern however I would appreciate you no longer make an issue..Have a wonderful day and may peace be with you..

well excuse you, it is not harassment all i've said was in your description It looks to most people that you are taking credit for the tattoo itself which i obviously know your NOT. I was stating that thats why people may jump at you saying your an art theft when youre not, I was being kind. I wasnt yelling at you and i was not accusing YOU of anything.I was kindly making a statement so that you know because some others AREN'T nice, those people will get you in trouble for stupid reasons and i'm telling you right now it's risky because the owner of the design is verry popular and theres alot of fans who will go all out and just begin to curse you out.I was not accusing you of anything. I was not harrasing you. I was attempting to inform you that there's probably gunna be a ton of people still arguing about this and tons more to come.Do you really want to deal with that?
I'm not telling you to do anything. I'm just looking our for whats best before someone gets you in trouble.

I am not concerned about his or her journal because I know within myself and my own Idea of art I have not done any a disservice, I took a picture of tattoos I see on my daily journey in life. Do not accuse me of a wrong only your mind is seeing as such. If the artist his or herself has an issue with me taking a photo of artwork, I took from the bodies of other people then I will talk directly to that person and show them that I am only displaying images I myself took..so please stop treating me as I have done wrong by using a camera to capture beauty I see in life.

I will not remove any of my photography as I simply took pictures of art tattooed on friends, family, neighbors, and people in general..I have done no wrong by you or any..the pictures I post were taken by me, therefore belong to me or any person who wants to share in their beauty..The body parts of any human is not owned by any..Why would everyone not want to share what they created, I would be proud if I walked past a person I didn't know to see my artwork tattooed forever on someones body.. Who is to say that another person did not have the same creative mind as yours..stop fighting over things that are absurd even in the very nature of their existing in our minds..the reason we all even use this site is to share the beauty we find in life..if people look, use or comment on your artwork its because you allowed them to see the same beauty you do..yes there is an opportunity for money but which would give you more pride, cash in your pocket or a love so much that someone would put it on their body until death..
