"P is for Priceless, the look upon your faces..."

I decided to redesign Perfect Cell because I frankly find his more humanoid elements to be boring. He was so cool in his imperfect form! So creepy and insect-like. But then he absorbs 17, looks like a ridiculous toad, then absorbs 18 and becomes... a fucking guy. He looks like he's just wearing a costume!

So I thought to rectify such an underwhelming design by making him look not like a human, but like an insect monster trying its damndest to *look* human.
* His face is humanoid, certainly - two eyes, a nose, a mouth - but in a placid, mask-like way, as if made up of chitinous plates. His eyes are the same pink reptilian eyes from his first form, with added mesh-shaped accents to resemble compound eyes.
* His hands and feet are three-fingered and distinctly non-human, never having changed from his first form's.
* He has four wings instead of merely having those rigid black elytra. Remember, he's a bug man!
* He has no yellow chin strap. I just thought it looked a little silly.

All in all, I think he's still handsome!
