This is a fabulous piece because its like looking into the face of a wise old man. His face weathered by time and life. Makes you realize just how human they are.

Makes me think of Satchel Paige saying (I think it was him) Don't look back - they may be gaining on us! These guys are looking awfully familiar. I love the bonobos. They are the only ones closer to use than chimps - so adorable but you never see them in zoo because of their *enlightened* attitudes about sex! They won't behave in front of the public!
