i think its about her shoulders... children's bodies look more round, and her shoulders are too wide... she looks a little bit like a bodybuilder (exageratingly spoken)
her shoulders had to be as wide as her hip.

Btw, I think it's not the face... The face is fine, suitable for a child. Maybe the arms? They look a bit too muscular for a kid. Methinks.
