Khoa – The Simple Dreamer.

5ft diameter, pinkish skin with plated texture, its main eye has a red color with a “strip of pearls” iris and is 125% larger than normal, has a normal mouth with human-like teeth, its eye stalks are long and thin and are ridged (earthworm) but the eyes on the stalks are pink in color and have a wave iris. Khoa frequently dreams of a Lich and is certain that this Lich is trying to manipulate them, and unlike many beholders Khoa trusts in their little community of minions to keep them safe: though they often ignore the advice of even their most loyal minions. Recently the Eye of Xeo, an artifact made from the eyes of Khoa creator, was stolen from their lair and Khoas obsession has focused on retrieving it.

Koah – The Passing Dream

Khoa once had a dream where they where a female human and had a child with a human adventurer, and raised that child. When Khoa awakened it had spawned a Beholder-human hybrid, and started assessing it as a potential minion: the child was found to be too weak to be useful, so Khoa ejected the child from the lair on a mission to prove itself by retrieving the Eye of Xeo. The child was referred to by the minions as Koah.

Koah is a 5 foot 6 inch tall humanoid with pinkish skin with plated segments of darker skin, her face is human like but with inhumanly smooth features and a single large eye (red color with a “strip of pearls” iris) and long black hair, her mouth is concealed and where it would normally be on the face is instead smooth flesh, opening up only when needed with a full set of sharpened humanoid teeth and a very pointed tongue, her ears are long and pointed. Across this body are various eyes (all of which are colored pink with a wave iris), one eye on the back of each hand, one on the center of the chest: there are also eye stalk tentacles coming off from both sides of base of the neck, one off the tail born looking like a tail. Koah has weak feminine features but as she is an eldritch spawn in human form instead of an actual animal descendant (mammal) like humans she does not develop like a person would, though self actualization may lead it to one form or another. She often wears clothing made of cloth wrappings covered by a dark and hooded cloak, sometimes with a large scarf to help conceal her face when she needs. She does not carry too much with her, but sometimes will have a magical rod of dark silver. She does not often wear shoes, as she can float a few inches off the ground and hover in place of walk, so she instead wears cloth wraps as leggings.

I have my own ideas about what is and is not food, and I find the eating habits of those around me fascinating, confusing, or revolting.
Reserved: As someone new to these strange lands, I am cautious with all my dealings.
Though I had no choice, I lament having to leave my lair. I hope to see my creator again one day.
I pretend not to understand the local language in order to avoid interactions I would rather not have.
