Description well, this is a real old sketch bout two of my chars they both control the weather so whenever there is cold is because I.C is working and if its hot is the work of H.B.....they like each other even if they get in a lot of fights bout how gets each day since one hates cold weather and the other the hot one

These characters remind me of the Snow Miser and the Heat Miser. Gotta like their song. Great job with their poses, especially with their tails, that's very cute.
