This was a project for art class at school. Oil pastels on velour paper (and a bit of coloured pencil for smaller details). I've never used that kind of paper before, and it was awesome to work on in pastels. It had a fuzzy texture.

ref pic was from a national geographic. I didn't read the article to check what kind of penguins they were. I'll just call them pinkfaces.

oh yeah, and the actual size of this is about 29x29 cm.
