Description
It's name is Taurus, my latest project.Fully modelled, rigged, textured, and
rendered in Cinema 4dxl.
edit - This is 15 hours of work. I started it last wednesday.

wow.. that realy reminds me of a peice of art by HR Giger(guy who designed the sets and artwork for the movie Alien) called biomechanoids (check him out). iv always been meaning to do some work based on giger, his painting and scuptures are all so amazing!

Bloody brilliant ethan. The modeling and rigging is amazing.
Texturing is pretty good, but I'd like to see a more interesting environment in terms of light and texture. (the reflections are a bit empty).
Excellent so far, but I'm sure well see this develop a lot.

The large robot's pose looks very natural... the red parts look slightly out of place, possible 'cause there's no reflection on them so they're very contrasting. The colors themselves work very well, though. Great work!

very cool concept, although, there are some things i'd change. the color of the arms arrent that great. doesnt seem to fit well with the chrome of the bot. and the back gun thing in my opinion needs some work. besides that, it's killer. really cool design and idea.

I think I've given up commenting on the technical aspects of your work unless I see something that looks strange to me. Nothing about this does. Great work wih the modelling. I don't know the intricacies of the whole procedure, but it looks real fine!
And the pose is... I don't know how to describe it. It seems like the large robot is peeking curiously, listening to the tiny one who's basically telling him what to do. The large fellow seems slow and clunky, and the small one the brains of the whole operation.

this is awesome and reminds me of short circuit 2 when jonny 5 makes all the little mini jonny 5's dance to the grapevine hahah... i like how the red is a matte type finish, it accents well off the reflections in the metallic parts, good job!
