A strong storm,brought by a powerful creature.A whole city under water.And the last survivor is also the only one who dares to challenge the Monster.The only one that stood there.
Cornered,but calm,she looks at her Alakazam and for the first time,she smiles.The Pokemon notices it...its the smile a proud mother would give to her child.
"Thank you...for staying to my side,always."
They both know the outcome of the battle.
Then,she stares fiercely at the Monster.Thers no doubt about it:She will defend her City without turning back.
Thats her duty as Saffron's Gym Leader
But she knows the outcome of the battle
"-Pitiful beings" the Beast says...
We all know the outcome of the battle...

Well! enough with the emotive moment.
I wanted to emulate the rain effect that you see in "300" movie. That was one of the Coolest scenes.
I think I could add some dialog for the picture,dont you think? Let me think....Ah yes...
Never retreat!!,never surrender!!.

Great pic, though some of your others are better. The rain effect, however, is superb.
But, why is it those colors?( And why are the backs of it βfingerβs different colors on each βhandβ?)
Those are not Deoxys colors. Or is the infected Lugia supposed to be the XD001 Shadow Lugia from PokΓ©mon XD: Gale of Darkness?
In terms of the story text, you have some punctuation issues, but that is fine, many writers on the Internet are worse.
However, you definitely meant to say βitβsβ( short for βit isβ) NOT βitsβ( possessive form like βhisβ or βhersβ).
And if Sabrina is supposed to be speaking English, she would say βby my sideβ or βat my sideβ, not βto my sideβ.
The building is Silph Co. HQ, I presume?
Hmmm, looking closer, are those light lines on its body the water washing over it? Very nice. Too bad HG & SS were not out yet when you drew this, I think I see from the coloring( nice detail!) that she is wearing her old outfit, but her new one works so much better with the scene concept.
