Yes very light-hearted. I like the flowing nature of her garb. She's bedecked in these whimsical frills which keep well away form the excessive of the baroque.

Neat picture and bit of explanation. For some reason it made me think of a mixture of the College of Winterhold (Skyrim) and some of the scholars/magicians in like Dinotopia or something. Very awesome, sir!
