This is the first Renaissance dress I made for me.
It's a florentine gown, circa 1560, made of a red/golden brocade, worn on a corded petticoat, stays and cotton/silk thin camicia.
I try to respect historical techniques, bodice is hand-sewing, eyelets are embroidered. I love the final silhouette !
