I am also a sucker for photos like these. It's so clean, and the lines of the dock really make the ripples stand out. Even though ripples aren't straight, they still seem fairly orderly here, as if they don't want to disturb things too much.

but it seems like you've missed a few spots. or maybe it's just my tired eyes playing games with me.. i don't know but look far to the left and to the right in the middle where the water is more lightblue.

it's quite simple really..the recipe:
- b+w photo you enjoy visually
- ps7, airbrush tool, set on color mode, and a low opacity (26?)
1) get a color you enjoy visually that fits into the image, make that the foreground color.
2) choose a size for the brush
3) start coloring as it looks good!
