love it, im really into horses, riding and spending time with them wheni came here i though that it was just a load of peeps drwaing random thing but there are peeps here that are just like me! Love the picture, i think that sometimes its nie to look back and see things that we drew when we were younger, memories are great to have and last forever!

Anyway... onto the feature... perty blueness........ simple and perty... colors look nice together and it has a bit of an impressionistic feeling... just.... lines instead of dots

What I like about this piece is the simplistic beauty of it. Your talent with more difficult mediums is awesome..I need to try my hand with different ones soon here..-.-. Anyway, very nice. I'm glad I watched you! ^-^ *Fav*

This is truly a unique and special piece. It's not something I have seen anywhere before, the design is original, and the color is stunning. and the anatomy of the horse looks perfect. The only thing I would tell you to improve a little bit on is the overall shading. It's mostly good, and it's blended well, but you shouldn't be able to see through to the white of the paper.
But all in all, this is an amazing piece. My favorite part is the pitch black mountains, and then the pure white highlight above them. It looks so surreal. Wish I could have given you a better critique, but I really wouldn't know what to say.

when you say see through to the white, do you mean the edge of it? cause im looking at the drawing right now, and i used white oil pastel, but, there really isnt any white paper showing, so im kinda confused on that. im glad you like it though

There's just a little bit of white showing through the blue of the sky up there. To tell you the truth it's hard to notice, and I had to look really closely to see it myself.

hmmm... well, i know that the sky, i did a full later of white pastel before anything else, so, there techinically drawing there. but i still dont really see the white. or anywhere that isnt intentionally lighter, oh well. i guess im just blind.

This is really good! I suck at using oil-pastels so I envy your talents! This is really nice and beautifully put together, I like the use of colours and the horse looks so real. This is really great, keep it up!
