EA will be in KY in September. I might go if school isn't in session...and if I can drive by then, lol.
My mom forgot about EA last month -- after promising to take me -- and I nearly went to WV that weekend if I hadn't seen the article in The Weekender in the April 06th issue of The Columbus Dispatch, the city newspaper. I raised hell with Mom and convinced her to delay the trip to WV til the next weekend.
I'll email you my pictures from EA...they're not as phenominal as yours, but they pass, lol.

really love the blank black bg on this one, it makes the horse and rider really pop, especially with the way the light highlights the gray areas and dapples. fantastic pose, full of elegance. love the play of light and shadow, especially with the brim of the hat shading the rider's face. wonderful classic feel about this. i expect dramatic music. o, and the sand at the bottom does wonders to make this magnificent piece seem more tangible by anchoring it.

Gorgeous picture! beautifully taken. I live in Mexico and I used to do horseback riding, you're right, mexican horses are extremely beautiful. I like the azteca kind the most.
