Cassidy's Pov

The whole band was in my room preparing their instruments, except for Fionna. She was the singer, Marshal was playing the drums, Jack played the bass, and I was the guitar player. I strummed my guitar warning everybody that the song was going to start.

Jack finished with a strum with his bass. Fionna's voice was like an angel. She sang like she had done it a million times. I looked at Fionna and smiled warmly. She was a great person. I'm glad she is with my brother. I clapped my hands together," That was wonderful Fionna. Everybody lets sing together this time and after this we are going to have a break, ok? " Everybody nodded and got into position.

We sounded great. These were the songs we were gonna play on the first day of the festival for sure. We took a break and practiced a little after that. Nicolas broke in the middle of practice and was panting like a dog," What's up Nic? " He caught his breath," There is a demon at the kingdom. Hury and help us please. My people are the last humans ever since the war. I don't want our population to go extinct. " We nodded and headed to The Kingdom of Earth.

There was a black demon flying over the kingdom with blue glowing ooze that was heading for the stone castle. I took out my scythe and headed towards it. Before I could have hit it, it spit out some ooze at me and it hit my arm, " OWW!! " I fell to ground and Jack caught me in mid air. Fionna shot a glowing golden arrow and shot it's wings. The demon fell to the ground onto a little grassy area. It screamed in pain loudly.

Marshal took his bass axe and swinger it at the demon. It's blood exploded everywhere, but it was worth the mess. Marshal and Fionna flew over to me with panicked faces," Are you ok Cassidy? The demons spit was acid with a touch of magic. " I nodded my head," Yea, I'm ok. Just a little hurt you know. " I put on a fake smile but the didn't buy it. Jack frowned and started healing me with his magic. It seemed to heal slower because it had magic in it.

I smiled, " Thank you but you didn't have to heal me you know. " Jack shook his head, " No, you needed to be healed. If it wasn't healed sooner than the acid would reach your blood and infect it. " I rolled my eyes, " Whatever. " They laughed and I started to laugh along with them. They were great people to be around. They made me happy and always knew what to do to make me smile.
