This is pretty darn good, I believe the shading looks pretty natural. So far, so good.

I would say play around with the lighting on the petals,, lighting it up, darkening it, and the top leaf. Right now it kind of gives of an artifical flower lighting. Also the petals are the outside edges look too 2D , trying giving them a bit of curvature if possible. Hey, it's much better than I could do so you should be proud.
