Razz's best friend, and the resident witch of Crust Town. She doesn't get out much, mostly because she's almost always working on a way to reverse the odd hex she accidently placed on her cat, Mr. Wuggles. As a result, her beat-up atelier suffers from frequent explosion damage.
Wuggles is an ordinary black cat. However, a botched witchcraft attempt by his bumbling caretaker caused him to be left with a face devoid of and incapable of making any sort of expression. Sure, it's cute at first, but staring at him for more than a few seconds is extremely disturbing.
