My guess is that anyone born after the 'incedient' DNA was mutated, which explains why no one has a nose, and the diffrent eyes

Simon didn't have a nose before the Mushroom War. His nose grew out after putting on the crown. His Fiance didn't have a nose, either.

I think the whole "not having a nose" thing is just a character design, and the people of the Farmworld Dimension have larger eyes and visible noses just to show that it's supposed to be "normal"

Thank you for the link. I had to watch the video before it got taken down from Youtube. (Although I will watch it when it airs anyway.) I heard the episode was a let down to a few because of how it showed the obvious but I personally think it was pretty good. It confirmed a crap ton of speculation that the fans came up with and the promo made it obvious that things were going to turn back to normal anyways. Also, Marceline is hilarious here.
