I'm surprised they let you take pictures. There's like military patrol craft all over the place and there's always stories of photography restrictions and confiscation and such.

I don't know about the photography restrictions there. Nobody stops me from taking pictures.

Perhaps the media over empathizes it.
Although they are trying to implement a 15 minute restriction for unlicensed photographers using tripods.
And I know it is illegal to take pictures of "critical infrastructure". A "friend" of mine was stopped by police after taking pictures of an oil tank (quite a large one) and investigated by the FBI. He was modeling an oil tank for a modification to a game, and I could imagine that would be hard to explain.

Anyway when I took this picture, everyone in the ferry was taking pictures! Actually this picture was taken behide a window because the front of this ferry was blocked. It is a nice picture as I think.
