Commission drawn for Nathradas.I noticed a lot I should've improved after re-opening the file today.. but then it wouldn't be a speedpainting anymore. Had to redraw the painting a couple of times, the light was a nightmare
Vut I learned a lot about the anatomy of wings... and realised how bad I was at drawing them...

stunning work! i think the light is very well portrayed here, especially on the tip of his/her/its horn. wonderful colour contrast between the creature - is this a dragon? - and the background. i like its agile position, the way the wings are slightly opened and it's staring intently at some spot in the air. watch out for the far wing though, its anatomy doesn't quite match up with the closer one.
anyhow, so much for speedpainting. i wish i could do that in so little time!

Oha! Das sieht... groΓartig aus! Sind das Federn? Keine Schuppen? Sieht klasse aus! Der hintere FlΓΌgel ist im Vergleich zum Vorderen sehr struppig am Ende. Der Vordere hat aber richtig schΓΆne Spannung drin. Die Hintergrundtextur gefΓ€llt mir
