Anzu Mazaki from Yuugiou.

It is fun to draw her. I must confess that I like girls with short hair. Using this base was also a nice practice. I don't like that so many people say that using a base isn't work. It is. Actually I think it is even harder to use a base than drawing a picture yourself. I know that there are many people outthere who only spend five minutes on a base but there are also people who are working on a picture like this for hours. It is difficult to accomodate with someone else's work because you don't want to disappoint the person who worked on the base. I've seen lots of horrible results outthere but I've also seen many wonderful pictures where it was obvious that the person put all her/his heart into it. So please don't say that using a base isn't art. It always depends on the person and how the end result looks like. Moreover it is a good way to get to know MS Paint and to learn how to use all the different tools.

As I draw almost every day I sometimes just don't find any good ideas so it is inspiring for me to work with a base. I like how this turned out. I can't explain why but it always feels nice to draw Anzu's haircut.
