This pic is for the Ultimate Alien Contest by-->
At first I wasn't gonna participate but then again...i figured what the heck...why not...
So I just now drew this...and got done coloring it earlier...
x-x It took about 2 hours
Its Ultimate Jetray!
Who knows if Jetray has an Ultimate form O-o maybe he does...or maybe he doesn't
For some reason I kinda think he will...and Man of Action is just keeping it from us

I hope this is okay
I drew it up fast.

He has blue skin, with some red left in it. He has spikes down his back and tail. His wings are slightly shaped differently, he's got more of those lightning bolts on him. His teeth are sharper... his speed is a bit faster, and he has purple like claws.
His Neuroshock can shoot really fast and it can be invisible o-o
Plus his red horns are deadly....beware of that X_X
