just doodling....haven't been inspired lately to do much, but this guy helped me think of yet another story...

For crit, maybe he can use some more folds on the clothing? The folds you did on the sleeves of the shirt are nice, but there isn't as muuch folds on where the clothes (especially the vest) have movement in them.
Other then that, it looks awesome

Wow! This is very pretty - I like the bright colors.
His right arm looks a little strange. Perhaps bring his elbow bone to the center of his arm rather than to the side and have the forearm outline end earlier so it doesn't appear seperate from the rest of his arm (or 2-D 
I enjoy looking at this picture. The difference in texture between the background and the character, as well as the white splatters, adds some personality to the picture. There is a soft, tranquil feel to this work, as if he is walking calmly through a small town during autumn. Though the bright colors balance out this peaceful energy nicely, I feel as if I'd like to see him playing the electric guitar, riding a galloping horse, doing martial arts, or something else that is of higher energy.
Nevertheless, this is an interesting work in a unique style, and I'd like to see more pictures in this style. Keep up the good work!
