So here is my "finished" 1/35 little bird. anyone who has read my last few post knows this one was a struggle for me and i am really disappointed by how it came out. half of it was because it was a nasty kit the other half is all my fault. i really couldn't get into this one, and mistake after mistake i got SUPER frustrated with it. anyways i say "finished" because i left the cool weapon systems off the bird (hoarded away) and there are a few other things i could of done to it but really didn't really feel up to spending more time/work on this pile of junk.this kit will be getting bashed pretty soon here and i will be making a couple of projects from this bird. hopefully i will have more fun thinking something up and using the parts for something much cooler....

thanks buddy, this one was rough for me. wish it had come out better but it was a leaning experience. gonna have to get a better 1/35 chopper at some point.

Aww that's sad. The canopy is a bummer but I would keep it. Instead of braking it down totally (if you didn't already) you could make a post-apocalyptic chopper out of it. Then misfits do not matter.

yea i really hate it and the front bubble was the last straw. ill be using a bunch of parts from it to make a post-apocalyptic chopper.

if it had turned out ok, i was going to add crew and more details but it was such a bad kit i didn't add any.

ohhhh god was it bad, it was very very frustrating. no matter what it was wayyyyy to big to fit right, and huge gap on top. plus the fuselage/cockpit plastic is really really thin. at one point i thought i might try to putty ect but decided to just call it and save my sanity. its been awhile since i was spanked this hard by a kit, but i guess i am allowed a fail every once in awhile.
i will be breaking this pile of crap down and hopefully come up with something better with the parts.

yea! it was a impulse buy at a con"ohhhh a 1/35 bird for $20, how bad can it be!"
next time ill be doing a bit more research and spending more cash.
yea, am not 100% sure yet but was thinking of doing a crash diorama and making a post apocalyptic chopper.
