hello! let me introduce you to me mlp oc, spark wildfire!! you might think she's an earth pony, and thats what she grew up thinking as well! however she was born with the fledgling bone structure for a unicorn just under the surface, and also a very powerful magic. however, without a proper horn to use as a conduit for her magic, it builds up inside of her and seeps out of her very skin.

as such, her magic is uncontrollable and destructive, and not at all conducive to working on her family's strawberry farm. one day, when she accidentally starts a fire in her house, she runs away and joins starlights village where she gets her magic taken away along with her cutiemark. when starlight is defeated and runs off, she goes all over equestria to find starlight and ask her to take her cutie mark away again... when she finally does, starlight is a reformed student of twilight sparkle and doesnt know how to feel about sparks request. however, with the help of her friends in ponyville they figure out that spark isnt actually an earth pony, and that all she needs is a way to let her magic out before it starts building up inside her. so they make her a magic wand which gives her an outlet for her magic and better control over it, as well as learning different kinds of spells other than just starting fires
