A soft and jolly dragon of the stars!
One of first illustrations I did to familiarize myself with Clip Studio Paint's tools and features, and to revisit my old inclination for drawing eastern dragons with lion-like muzzles.
The arcane circle is from redheadstock 's Arcane Circles II Brush Pack.
