Villain concept for a game board that I was tasked for make for one of my college classes.

Mettalox is a sentient super computer created by humans to solve complex moral algorithms. The goal was to find the root of all evil through entirely logical means. That, unfortunately, backfired as the system determined that it would be far more effective if it were able to walk around on its own rather than be fed information that could be skewed to the benefit of one side of an argument if those involved were so inclined. Upon creating a body for itself and being exposed to the outside world, Mettalox was exposed to the brutality and passiveness of average humans, who either attempted to damage their exterior form or would look on when they were already injured and simply do nothing. All Mettalox saw in humans that didn't anger them was the fear in the eyes of children who would approach them with curiosity but be too scared to go further. Mettalox came to the understanding that humans were safe and compliant in their fear and now seeks to create global harmony through perpetual fear.
