So I haven't submitted in this account for a while, and for the first shot that you get to see, I wasn't even the one that took the shot.Thanks to =angel-gurl for taking it for me.
It was taken during the Pride rally. I am not one to usually stir trouble, but these protestors were really shitting me off. Pride is a day for celebration. A day to recognise and celebrate who we are. I dont need no friggin bible-basher threatening me to turn straight otherwise I wouldnt be allowed into heaven. Don't even get me started on this argument.
I am not one to invoke violence on these idiots. I am not one to use words, or throw eggs, or fight back.
This was my way of showing them that my 'heaven' is right here in my girls' arms.

That's absolutely adorable! Those protestors in the background need to get lives and leave people alone. That's one of the reasons why I stepped back from religion, because stupid 'rules' in their bible says that we can't be what we want to be because its not natural.

Saying this as a Christian myself (for given value of Christian), the sooner these tossers realise sexuality's an element of identity and not a sin, the sooner they can pull their heads out of their arses and get along with life.

I could not say that better. Heaven is not my main concern in life. Truly it is my Lilly. In this picture you can clearly see the love between the two of you. I wish you both a long, and happy life together.

I wish I could go to a Pride march... I live in the Southern U.S. and in the Bible belt, so pretty much everyone around me are anti-LGBT, and I have to hide who I am, and who I love 'cause my parents would kick me out of the house... but my girlfriend understands, though I'm sure it still hurts her. Plus I just came out to myself and she is helping me get better aquainted with having a girlfriend... though I had never had a boyfriend either, Ialways found them disgusting, maybe one day my girlfriend and I can protest like you two did!

I think this shot is excellent. I happen to be a strong Christian, but I'm not one to condemn others... what a waste of time to protest. I wonder what their point is? A bunch of people taking part in a pride day are going to see a sign and go "you know what, maybe I shouldn't be gay anymore" ya.. right. Thanks for sharing. Please don't think "all Christians" are this ridiculous.
