SCILLA's SURPRISE

The 14th June (France's national day) this little beauty was born. She was not at all planned for so her breed mix might seem a little odd: Welsh mountain x Quarter horse! And while her mother is impressively 18 years her father is not even 3! And he's a gelding now too.

It was only a week before she gave birth that we finally realized she was with foal; she had milk! And so the foal was an utter surprise and therefor was named Surprise xD.

In this picture Surprise is about a month old, and what a lively fellow! She has some temper too, and loves being scratched all over. Her mother Scilla prefers grazing...
Both of these ponies belong to my Grandmother.

Okey, picture then. I've worked on if approximately 15 hours. Main focus on the horses, so the background is kind of sloppy. I am satisfied enough though, so enjoy!
