Your sister is beautiful, and so is the photograph. What kind of post-processing do you do to get this b&w look? Do you simply desaturate in photoshop, or use channel mixer? I've tried converting photos of light-skinned and dark-skinned Asians to black and white and I rarely ever get good skin tone...not sure what I'm doing wrong.
