Description
After 2 years making this OC Himari the Hedgehog, I decided to update her clothes which is old, but she's wearing a standard Neon Organization uniform like everoyne does and it's a female version she's wearing that has two stripes like Yui and Kanako wears and she's still wearing her scarf because she likes to wear that which it's the same colors for the uniform she wears. The uniform itself is black and cyan blue outfit that features a white and black short sleeveless hoodie vest.The 2023 version of Himari looks a lot better than 2021 because I didn't ues her so much since I was using other OCs that I have today.
