Oh, I think it's up to you.
In my case, since I am a Doctor/Rose shipper, I'd say he is seeing a Dalek about to do something horrible to her (or any other of his companions).

Oooor, in case you don't like that, you can imagine he sees the Dalek army go nuts and beeing about to exterminate all the bananas on earth. So he goes like: Nuuuu, plz don't!

Oh no. We wouldn't have to worry that much! Bananas would do everything for us, namely use their uberawesomesecretpowerray and destroy the daleks exactly as 10.5 did.
