Name: D'ralken (De-Rohl-Ken)
Age: 26
Height: 12.25 ft.

Personality: Steady and unwavering in his opinions and believes D'ralken keeps mostly to himself out of sheer annoyance with the rest of the world. He has seen young Edfir both pure and unpure completely ruin their lives with stupid decisions and has decided he wanted nothing to do with any of it. Choosing instead to focus inwards on the powers that he was born with. Fire had always come naturally and igniting the poison that dripped from his horns as it moved towards the ground was the source of constant amusement.

Most take D'ralken's passive loner attitude is taken for snobbery at best and aloof jask-ass-ism at worst. D'ralken, most easily put, just does not suffer fools. If you are one of an intelligent nature, and one who would rather better themselves than destroy through stupidity, you will find a loyal friend who greatly likes to curl up near a fire or go for a long expedition hike.

History:
One of six pups whelped to the higher family of a common Edfir and his mate, a white chow. The pregnancy and labor was hard on his mother, and she died shortly after weening the lot.

In honor of his mother D'ralken took his own name Daren, and his mothers name Ralkiah and blended them together. From a young age D'ralken was enamored with not only fire but the energy of life and what could be done with it. Catching on quickly to the fact that life runs in all things. Even a stone can start off as a great big rock and over time be worn down taking on the form of pebbles and sand.

It was only through an incredible amount of studying and straining that D'ralken learned to take his supposidly common traits to the next level, learning unique two skills.

--As a guide D'ralken uses fire and light as well as a natural and warm push on the body to guide those to making the decisions they need to. When done right this can aid folks in finding the proper jobs and paths in life. Done wrong it can take a relationship of any sort and turn it tragic. At its worst it can cause an Edfir to find themselves walking into the flame "of their own accord."

--Not only can D'ralken use his powers as persuasion for good or ill, he carries an eternal flame that can burn indefinitely should he light one. As a small orb of fire that he can send out and help to guide a lost Edfir. Lost being of course a metaphorical term.... most of the time.
