I sat there for over 10 minutes. I trying to think about what would I do? I had to have had a life before. Possibly I would have had friends, a family, and a home. I might never see or remember it ever again. That was a scary thing to think about.

I buzzed the red button on the side table next to my hospital bed. Lola came back 4 minutes later.

"Are you ready to talk to the doctor Kiara?.....Kiara?......are you crying Kiara? Are you okay." Lola came and comforted me,"I know this can be scary. You don't have to talk to the doctor today. Try and get some sleep."

Lola left. I lied my head down on the bed. I turned off the lights, but kept on the lamp. I was looking forward to sleep. I turned off the lamp and closed my eyes.

I started to dream. It was confusing. And kinda blurry. I couldn't make it out and I couldn't hear a thing, but I saw a color...green. Green was a cute color....maybe it was my favorite? I might never know.

I tried to think some more. I tried to focus really hard. I wanted to see if I could see any more. I couldn't. It hurt my brain. I stopped.

I woke up at 9am. I called the doctor into the room to have a conversation about what was going to happen to me. I think I was ready.
