I can easily tell who is who, except for the guy with the eye-glass. Part of me wants to say it's the Penguin, but last time I checked he tended to wear a taller hat. That and the umbrellas were his trademarks.
All in all, I like the gritty, more realistic look you've given them all. Is there a particular reason you chose this line-up? Joker, Two-Face, and Scarecrow are A grade villains in Batman's rogue gallery, unpredictable and sadistic, but as much as I like Killer Croc, he's a big vicious brute that slaughters/eats everyone in his path. I'd call him second rate compared to the others. And if that is the Penguin, he was more of a traditional criminal with hidden weapons in his umbrellas and a humorous appearance. In most other stories, he'd be a well respected villain like the Kingpin from the Marvel universe. With competition like there is in Gotham, however, he's third rate.

This reminds me of one episode of Seinfeld. Jerry buys the most expensive lock on the market but it doesn't work because Kramer forgets to close the door. I think Kramer is the head of security of Arkham.

Very very awesome. I love the tilt of the shadows and the muted colors. It's like the presence of all Batman's enemies is weighing down on him.
