Mother Cele was raised by sisters of Arceus as a child, and now she wanted to bring the same joy to another child!
Little did she know that raising a child, especially such an impish one, would not be easy.
Reed Fennel, age three, is a wild little monkey.
She has learned to respect the sisters of Latias as she caretakers, but hasn't learned to take Cele all that seriously yet.
While Mother Cele can be quite strict, she has recruited Tai Lum to help keep an eye on the girl,
and retrieve her when she has climbed up into the rafters again...
or on top of the cupboard, or the confessional, or the roof!
