Fifteen years. Fifteen years Sonny had spent living under the roof of a home that was far from hers. Her family was a lie. Fifteen years she had spent thinking that the one she called 'mother' was her one and only and loved her for her - not the conniving, evil woman full of hate she really was. But there was a brief moment in time where Sonny could escape what hell she had been trapped in. For she had made a friend.

He wasn't much different than her - well, save for the fact that their patterns were different and the other basic stuff - but they were similar enough for Sonny. They both had lost their parents in some form or another - this boy Hayden, had lost his to the cold grip of death. Sonny, she never met hers and hadn't a clue in the world as to who they were. They were alone in the world, and the unlikely duo had found a good friendship in one another. They soon found out that they were no longer alone.

Sonny would spend as much time as she could chasing after Hayden, as it kept her far from the nightmares that would tower over her each and every night. She reveled in the freedom their escapades granted, and promised herself their fun would never end. Through her time spent with Hayden, Sonny came to see this other half of hers as a sort of brother - and maybe, just maybe something more. But she knew it would never be. She had caught wind that the FBI was out to find her, and she knew when they came for her, everything would change. It was a sad thought to some extent - but this change, she knew, would be for the better.

" Hayden - Come with me. Let's go see one more sunset. Please? The old hammock is still strung up where we left it up by the old factory windows. Come on, you. Just one more sunset. Just me and you. We can think of the good ol' days when we were little and the world seemed as vast as our imaginations... Come along friend. One last time."
