The toning looks great. I like your style, and that the text is written out by hand. It's a bit hard to read in some spots, but it gives it a unique look.

Would you ever consider opening commissions for comic strips?
Just after Christmas I hope to treat myself a comic strip. It would involve my character Riou getting hit by a truck and it basically showing how he lost his eye. Gruesome I know but it would be epic for a website layout xD
