Spooky kitty! If you have not gotten any real critiques yet, this is what one looks like.

I like your color scheme for the cat. The fact that it doesn't have weird bangs on its face, nor crazy neon colored fur, I give you a round of applause. I don't think I've seen many people able to draw paws looking so realistic, like the ones you drew on it.

However, I need to say some things in order for you to improve.

Anatomy is very important when drawing humans or animals. The proportions look pretty good, however, the way the cat's back legs are positioned, don't really match with the rest of its body. The right part of the cats face seem to be slanted too much to fit its tilt. I'm also wondering what happened to the front right paw? The lines on its paw don't match with any of the detail nor shading on the rest of its body. Plus, the way the ears are colored suggests that the opening to the ears are positioned wrong, more specifically on the left ear.

As I said, the coloring looks pretty good. The grays of its fur match with each other, and the dark fur doesn't look too dark to completely hide the details on its body. The way the cat's eyes are glowing are both captivating, and not overpowering. I think that maybe the right eye should have been glowing a little more, in order to match the left. I'm wondering why its butt has a lot of fur coming out of it? It doesn't seem to fit, especially because it is dark gray, when the rest of its underbelly is light gray.

Finally there is the shading. There isn't much "clear" shading, because you made the shades fit in with its color very closely. You might want to make the shading darker next time. It is very important to get the light source correct, too. Your method suggests light is coming from under it, and over it to the top left. Once again I'm confused about the "shading" on its right paw.

As a final note, don't think the stars are an indication that I do not like it. I think it's pretty good.

Alright. My first critique.

The piece of artwork is extremely incredible. I love the eyes, and the paws. Mostly the paws. The coloring and shading is great. It is a very uniqe and original drawing. I love it! I was hoping for a background though. It could've been a forest, something like that. The shading and lighting bring out the best in the picture. The eyes give the cat a spooky look, and make it seem like it could watch you while you sleep. Very, very, very, very, very, very, (a few more words XD)VERY, good drawing. I loved it.

Wow, I LOVE the markings, and especially the glowy eyes. I do not ant to meet this kitty in a dark alley...

I like the shading, too.

It -is- pretty impressive, I have to say.
And I certainly do like the effects on the glowing yellow eyes. It's a very nice touch.

How can we make it better?
Well... a few things; some tougher than others.
The first thing that comes in mind is how the piece is presented: A cat cramped in a white frame. I am a big believer of the use of empty space; nothing is ever empty if it serves a purpose. And in this case, there is simply not enough white space around the actual cat. We see the ears and the paws being cut off and the tail poking nearly out of frame. The cat itself over-saturate the frame and the viewers' senses. But that's easy to fix. (Which is why I love the crop tool. It allows me to experiment how much white space I should leave before making the final decision.)

The second thing is tougher, and we are talking about colours in fur. This piece is done in a pretty flat colour, which certainly has its place especially in game design. But because of the different gradation in the fur colour of the cat the overall shading looks somewhat patchy and undermines the 3D illusion. A suggestion to fix this is to actually colour in the shadows first, then apply colour on top of it. That's where the layer tool come in very handy for Photoshop.

Just some food for thought.
